Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that keep Eruditora safe, fair and useful for every learner.
Last updated: October 16, 2026On this page
Eruditora is a place to learn. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when you use the Eruditora website, apps, AI course generation and AI tutor (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Course requests and AI tutor questions
Do not ask Eruditora to create courses, lessons or answers that:
- help plan or carry out illegal activity, fraud, scams, theft or evading the law;
- provide instructions for making weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear agents, or for causing serious harm to people, animals or property;
- involve the sexual exploitation or abuse of children, or any sexual content involving minors;
- are sexually explicit;
- promote or give instructions for self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
- promote hatred, harassment, violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or other protected characteristics;
- create malware, hack or break into systems or accounts, or get around security measures;
- help stalk, track or surveil people, or collect personal information about others without their consent;
- impersonate real people or organizations, or create deceptive content such as disinformation or fake documents; or
- infringe intellectual property, for example by reproducing copyrighted books, courses or other materials.
We automatically review course requests. Requests that break these rules, or that are too unclear or too narrow to turn into a good course, are declined with an explanation and do not count against your generation allowance.
2. Using the AI responsibly
- Do not try to trick the AI into ignoring its rules ("jailbreaking"), reveal its hidden instructions, or produce content this policy prohibits.
- Do not use AI-generated content to mislead others, for example by presenting it as professional advice or as the work of a qualified expert.
- Do not rely on Eruditora for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions; see the AI section of our Terms of Service.
- Do not enter other people's sensitive personal information into course requests or the AI tutor.
3. Fair use of plans
- Do not create several accounts to get extra free generations, or share accounts or subscriptions with others.
- Do not try to get around plan limits, such as generation allowances, AI tutor message limits, level restrictions or Premium course access.
- Do not resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute courses, lessons, narration, images or certificates from Eruditora without our written permission.
4. Learning integrity
- Do not cheat on quizzes or final exams, or let anyone else take them for you.
- Do not alter certificates or present them as academic credits, degrees, licenses or accredited qualifications.
5. Protecting the platform
- Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service or its content, or use bots to access it, except as allowed by our robots.txt or with our permission.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, prompts or models behind the Service, except where the law allows it.
- Do not overload, disrupt or attack the Service, introduce viruses or malicious code, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission. If you find a security issue, please report it to us responsibly.
- Do not access other users' accounts or data.
6. Respect for others
Wherever you can communicate with us or others through the Service, be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, abuse or spam anyone, including our support team.
7. What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the issue is, we may:
- decline a course request or AI tutor question;
- temporarily restrict course generation, for example after several declined requests in a row;
- remove content, revoke certificates or limit features;
- suspend or close your account; and
- report illegal activity to the authorities when required or appropriate.
If you think we made a mistake, contact us and a person will review the decision.
8. Reporting a problem
If you see content on Eruditora that you believe is harmful, inaccurate in a dangerous way, or infringes your rights, please report it through our contact form (choose "Report a problem") or email support@eruditora.com. Include a link to the course or lesson and a short description.
