We want you to be happy with Eruditora. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

SituationWhat happens
You cancel a monthly planYou keep paid features until the end of the current month. No further charges. No refund for the current month.
You cancel an annual plan within 14 days of your first purchaseFull refund on request.
You cancel an annual plan after 14 daysYou keep paid features until the end of the year you paid for. No partial refund.
Your plan renews and you didn't mean it toContact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. If you haven't used the plan since it renewed, we will refund the renewal.
You upgrade (for example from Pro to Advanced)The upgrade takes effect right away. You pay the difference, prorated for the rest of your billing period.
You downgradeThe change takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@eruditora.com from the email address on your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.

When your account moves to the Free plan, your courses, progress and certificates stay in your account. Features that need a paid plan, such as non-Beginner courses, Premium courses, the AI tutor and new certificates, are no longer available until you upgrade again.

3. Refunds

  • Annual plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first annual purchase.
  • Accidental renewals: a refund of the renewal charge if you ask within 7 days and haven't used the plan since it renewed.
  • Service problems: if a serious technical problem on our side stops you from using paid features for an extended period, contact us and we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period.
  • Otherwise: payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and unused course generations.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you obtained a refund, the related paid features end immediately.

4. Customers in the EU and UK

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the digital service right away. If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund you, minus a proportionate amount for any period you have already used, where the law allows this.

5. Free plan and promotions

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Free trials, discounts and promotional offers may have their own terms, which we will show you when you sign up for them.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first; we usually resolve it quickly. If you file a chargeback with your bank instead, we may suspend paid features while it is reviewed.
